Calligraphy

For our first program of the summer, teens learned about calligraphy! What's calligraphy? It's the art of decorative handwriting and has been around for centuries. Teens that came learned how to hold the pens, experimented with different calligraphy styles, and created homemade cards. Special thanks to Jennifer for being such a great teacher!

Think you have what it takes to create the worst piece of art? Come to the library for our Bad Art Contest! Create terrible art and have a chance to win a prize! This event is Tuesday, June 20 at 2 pm. No registration required.
